Cancellation Policy Notice:

Dear valued client,

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel your therapy appointment. In order to provide the best service to all our clients and to manage our scheduling effectively, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we appreciate your understanding that our therapists' time is valuable. In such cases, a partial fee for the service will be applied.
